What BuyBrightly provides
BuyBrightly presents comparison estimates, unit-price calculations, membership analysis, and shopping-plan recommendations. Prices, stock, taxes, substitutions, eligibility, delivery costs, and retailer terms can change. The checkout price displayed by the retailer or fulfillment provider controls.
Independent service
BuyBrightly is independent and is not sponsored, approved, or endorsed by Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, Target, or another displayed retailer unless a page expressly says otherwise. Retailer names identify the source being compared.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the service lawfully. Do not scrape, probe, reverse engineer, overload, bypass access controls, manipulate rankings, submit fraudulent payments, or use another person’s retailer or BuyBrightly credentials.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Silver is $0.99 monthly and Gold is $1.99 monthly unless checkout clearly shows a different promotional price. The secure payment page displays the price, billing frequency, and renewal terms before payment. Plans renew until canceled. Customers must be able to cancel online without contacting support, and cancellation stops future renewals while preserving access through the paid period unless law requires otherwise.
Refunds and disputes
Use Billing Help and the secure customer portal promptly for an unfamiliar charge or service problem. Duplicate charges, billing errors, and legally required refunds will be corrected. A subscription used during a billing period is generally nonrefundable except where required by law or expressly promised. This policy does not limit card-network or statutory rights.
Price and savings claims
Savings are estimates based on displayed comparison inputs. BuyBrightly will show the time checked, package-size normalization, known fees, membership assumptions, and whether time or travel estimates are included. We do not guarantee availability or a particular saving.
Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, BuyBrightly is not responsible for retailer inventory, third-party fulfillment, product quality, substitutions, or indirect losses. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be limited. The production terms should include the company’s legal name, governing law, dispute process, and contact address after counsel review.
Termination
Access may be suspended for fraud, security threats, prohibited automation, or material breach. Customers retain cancellation, refund, privacy, and other nonwaivable rights.
