Fair terms for smarter shopping

Pre-launch legal review remains required: These plain-language terms describe the current sample preview and the proposed early-supporter membership. They have not been approved by counsel. New public membership sales remain closed until the business’s legal name, governing law, dispute process, contact address, launch jurisdictions, refund terms, and other launch gates are finalized.
What BuyBrightly provides now
BuyBrightly currently provides clearly labeled fixed sample comparisons, unit-price calculations, membership-access analysis, and shopping-plan estimates. The preview does not use live retailer prices or stock, place a merchandise order, take payment for merchandise, or arrange delivery. Sample totals are demonstrations and must not be used as a retailer checkout quote.
Independent service
BuyBrightly is independent and is not sponsored, approved, or endorsed by Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, Target, or another displayed retailer unless a page expressly says otherwise. Retailer names identify the source being compared.
Accounts and acceptable use
Provide accurate information, protect your account, and use the service lawfully. Do not scrape, probe, reverse engineer, overload, bypass access controls, manipulate rankings, submit fraudulent payments, or use another person’s retailer or BuyBrightly credentials.
Proposed memberships and cancellation
If public sales are later approved, the current proposed commitments are Silver at exactly $0.99 monthly and Gold at exactly $1.99 monthly, recurring until canceled. The secure hosted payment page must show the same plan, price, billing frequency, and renewal terms before payment. Existing subscribers can use Billing Help; the configured secure customer portal supports payment-method management and cancellation, and the site fails closed with recovery guidance if that handoff cannot be verified. Do not start a second subscription to solve a billing or access problem.
Refunds and disputes
The final refund and dispute terms still require owner and counsel approval, so new public sales remain closed. Existing subscribers should use Billing Help promptly for an unfamiliar charge or service problem. BuyBrightly will not use these draft terms to limit card-network rights or rights that cannot legally be waived.
Price and savings claims
Current savings figures are planning estimates based on fixed sample inputs, not verified live savings. The preview shows package-size normalization, known sample fees, membership assumptions, and whether time or travel estimates are included. BuyBrightly does not guarantee availability or a particular saving.
Liability
These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited. Final liability terms require counsel review and must identify the responsible legal person or entity, governing law, dispute process, and contact address before public sales open.
Termination
Access may be suspended for fraud, security threats, prohibited automation, or material breach. Customers retain cancellation, refund, privacy, and other nonwaivable rights.
