Sample comparison and device storage

Your sample cart and advertising-consent choice are stored in your browser on this device. Search text, fulfillment choices, membership-access toggles, travel assumptions, and the ZIP preference shown in the preview stay in the current page session unless a feature specifically says otherwise. The current-location button does not request location permission, and the sample prices and stores are not localized.

Accounts and service security

If you use an existing authenticated account, BuyBrightly may receive the verified account email, display name, and account identifier supplied by the trusted sign-in service. The service also processes ordinary request information and limited security events needed to prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and protect account and payment flows. BuyBrightly does not ask for or store your Costco, Sam’s Club, Walmart, Target, or local-market password.

Payments

A secure payment provider hosts payment entry and processes subscription charges. BuyBrightly sends the verified account email to that provider and locks it into checkout so the subscription can be returned to the correct account. To prevent accidental duplicate checkouts, BuyBrightly temporarily stores a keyed, one-way checkout-reservation value derived from the verified email rather than another readable copy of the email. The reservation stops blocking a retry after 15 minutes, is removed after a final checkout result when available, and stale reservations are purged during later checkout activity. BuyBrightly receives identifiers, plan status, payment status, and limited transaction details needed for support, accounting, refunds, and dispute prevention. BuyBrightly does not receive or store your complete card number.

Advertising and affiliate links

Advertising and affiliate tracking are disabled in the current preview. Before either is enabled, BuyBrightly must identify the providers and data uses here, keep paid placements out of price ranking, and provide any consent or opt-out controls required for the customer’s location. A future advertising or affiliate relationship cannot purchase the top price ranking.

Retention and security

Device-local preview choices remain until you clear them through BuyBrightly’s controls or your browser storage settings. Account, payment, accounting, fraud-prevention, and security records are retained only for the operational and legal periods that apply to them. Safeguards include encrypted transport, access controls, security logging, dependency review, backups, and incident response. No service can promise perfect security.

Your choices

You can clear the sample cart from the cart panel, change the privacy choice through Privacy settings, and clear other device-local data through browser settings. Existing subscribers can use Billing Help and the secure customer portal for subscription payment methods and cancellation. A verified privacy address, when configured, is published on the Support page. Public account creation and paid sales must remain closed until that monitored contact and a verified process for applicable access, correction, deletion, and copy requests are operational.

Children

BuyBrightly is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly seek their personal information.

Changes and scope

Material changes will be dated and communicated as required. This policy describes the current U.S.-only preview and must be reviewed before BuyBrightly adds live retailer data, ordering, advertising, new public accounts, or another launch region.
